Pain psychology is a particular interest of mine. By definition of pain, it is a physical and emotional experience with various biological, psychological, and sociological aspects influencing it. There is a lot of information out there on the physical aspects of pain; however, there is far less information available on the psychological and social aspects of pain. I created this blog to help remedy that issue. Here, I provide summaries of the latest research along with references to the research supporting the work. This blog is for informational and educational purposes only. Before beginning any new treatments, it is important to consult with your providers.
